At this time, nutrition counseling is self-pay only. A superbill for submission to insurance will be provided upon request.

Initial consult (up to 90 min) $120

Follow-up (45-60 min) $90

Package option 1: initial consult + 3 follow-up sessions, $360

Package option 2: initial consult + 5 follow-up sessions, $495

Package option 3: initial consult + 10 follow-up sessions, $820

Monthly subscription: $385/month

• includes up to 2 sessions/week, with text and email support during designated hours (usually 12-8 pm Mon-Sat)

• subscription is month-to-month; however, first and last months will not be pro-rated

**PLEASE NOTE that a cancellation fee equal to the full cost for the session will be charged for any cancellation or missed session with less than 24 hours’ notice.**
